Dell’s Little PC Hits China

On Monday Dell introduced its new Dell EC280, a complete desktop computer developed for Chinese consumers who are first-time or relative novice personal-computer users. The product was developed by engineers at Dell’s China Design Center located in Shanghai. The Dell EC280 features design elements including a space-saving, 4.5-liter chassis, high reliability, easy serviceability, low power consumption and quiet operation. With its Mini-iTX 1form-factor motherboard, the size of the system is about one-eighth of a regular ATX case.
Currently only available in China for $350.00 it has been decided whether it will hit the shelves in the US or Europe anytime soon.
