Tip #11: Outlook Express is Blocking All My Attachments

This is one of the most common complaints to IT helpdesk for users of Outlook Express. It blocks all the email attachments.

Its a security feature that is on by default and is a pain the ass. To resolve it do the following:
- Click the Tools Menu and select Options.
- Click the Security Tab.
- Untick the check box next to ‘Do Not Allow Attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus’.

- Click Apply & OK
