Jan 22 2008
When you try to uninstall Windows Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP by using the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel, you may receive the following error message:
Setup cannot copy the file Ieeula.chm
To Fix:
If the Ieeula.chm is missing from the Windows/IE7 folder, replace the Ieeula.chm file by using the Ieeula.chm file in the Windows/Help folder. To do this, follow these steps:
| 1. | Click Start, type %windir%\help in the Open box, and then click OK. |
| 2. | Right-click the Ieeula.chm file, and then click Copy. |
| 3. | Exit Windows Explorer. |
| 4. | Click Start, type %windir%\IE7 in the Open box, and then click OK. |
| 5. | On the Edit menu, click Paste. |
