Dell unveils the Rugged Latitude XFR D630

Dell has unveiled its first fully ruggedized laptop, the Latitude XFR D630. Available in the US, the system is one of the only in its class to simplify IT with seamless integration into existing infrastructure and deliver extreme durability without compromising performance.

Built on the successful Latitude D family, the Latitude XFR D630 laptop maintains commonality with the Latitude D630 series and offers all of the quality, reliability and support offered by an established platform.
Also, a patent-pending thermal management system allows the rugged laptop to use latest generation technology and deliver up to four times better graphics performance than the Panasonic CF-30.
