The Wii MotionPlus is the latest  new accessory for the Wii Remote which is supposed to capture complex motion, making it more sensitive.

The device, which connects directly onto the Wiimote is meant to enhance play control on compatible games, such as Grand Slam Tennis, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 & Wii Sports Resort.

It contains additional sensors that make the Wii Remote respond to the slightest movement, motion, or twist of the wrist.
