Iomega is getting set to release its new line of SuperSpeed USB 3.0 portable hard drives called the eGo. In 500GB and 1TB capacity flavours, these 2.5-inch drives are equipped with a USB 3.0/2.0 interface, a built-in 256-bit AES hardware encryption and are bundled with the Iomega Protection Suite Software that includes Iomega’s QuikProtect, v.Clone and Trend Micro’s Internet Security programs.

When released the 500GB will be around €105 here.
