Tip #13: IE7: Setup cannot copy the file ‘Ieeula.chm’ when uninstalling

When you try to uninstall Windows Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP by using the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel, you may receive the following error message:

Tip #11: Outlook Express is Blocking All My Attachments

This is one of the most common complaints to IT helpdesk for users of Outlook Express. It blocks all the email attachments.

Its a security feature that is on by default and is a pain the ass. To resolve it do the following:

Click the Tools Menu and select Options.
Click the Security Tab.


Tip #10: Shortcut Keys in Remote Desktop

When navigating your way through a Remote Desktop Session the following keystrokes are handy to know:
