There appears to be a conflict between IE7 & Outlook 2003. Outlook won’t print out email headers after IE7 is installed. There have been many suggested fixes for this issue, including rolling back to IE6. However, Microsoft have released a hotfix for this issue and details are listed at Microsoft KB: 931657
